A sign manufacturing facility designed to support both production and client-facing spaces. The production floor is heated with in-slab radiant systems for consistent, efficient comfort, while the office and showroom areas are fully conditioned with dedicated HVAC systems. The project also included ADA-compliant restroom plumbing, ensuring accessibility and code compliance throughout.
